Kuldeep Beniwal

Kuldeep is a founding partner of BNG Partners, and his method is the same on every matter he takes on: an honest read of the case, a clear view of how the other side will likely argue it, and a plan that holds up under pressure in the room, not just on paper. Clients bring him matters that are already contested and moving fast, and he is equally at home taking a case to trial or steering it toward arbitration when that route serves the client better.

Anuj Narula

Anuj is a founding partner of BNG Partners, and his guiding principle is that the best outcome is usually the one reached fastest with the least damage to the relationship or the balance sheet involved. He is as comfortable representing a creditor chasing recovery as he is a company fighting to restructure, and clients come to him when a dispute reaches into the operating core of a business and they need counsel who understands both the law and the commercial stakes.

Tarun is a founding partner of BNG Partners, and he brings the same urgency to a 2 a.m. bail call that he brings to a boardroom. His instinct across every matter is the same: the first forty eight hours after a raid, a notice, or an arrest usually decide how the case ends, and he treats every new matter with that in mind from the very first conversation.
